Enjoy with your family at this place that offers good times in perspective. It is a nice Basque house on a hill (garden and garage) that is located around Bayonne train station (the sound of the train may be audible) in the Saint-Esprit district which is connected to the city centre by the Saint-Esprit bridge. This neighborhood is home to two cinemas, a contemporary art gallery, and several reputable restaurants. Street art lovers will be able to discover the frescoes that are ubiquitous.

Modern studio of 20 m2 with equipped kitchen, bathroom with a walk-in shower, bed of 160 cm, television and WiFi. Heated pool access (May to September 15) , outdoor space shared with the owners; jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is attached to our house but the entry is independent. Located 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Many bike paths departures. Gated parking in the yard.
