Apartment holiday rentals in Opatija

Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und sehr sauber, genau wie auf den Fotos. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Branka und Ihre Mutter waren immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und unheimlich freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Meer war zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar und bietet einen Kiesstrand. Zu dieser Jahreszeit sind viele Restaurants bereits geschlossen, aber dafür auch deutlich weniger Touristen unterwegs. Man kann in wenigen Minuten Paula mit dem Auto erreichen und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Für Schnorchel Aktivitäten eignet sich der dortige Strand nicht unbedingt, hierfür sollte man mit dem Auto Nahegelegene Buchten, wie zum Beispiel „The Columbian Grotto Beach“ oder „Prostina“ besuchen. Diese sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Umgebung um die Unterkunft ist stark auf den Tourismus ausgelegt und bietet daher zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, allerdings kaum einheimische Lokalitäten. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft bestens für 4 Personen empfehlen, die eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz in Kroatien sucht und nicht zu viel Geld ausgeben möchte.

We had a wonderful stay at Patricija's place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials, making it easy to prepare meals, and the dining area was perfect for family meals together. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and a peaceful environment that allowed us to relax after exploring. Patricija was a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area and hope to return in the future. Thank you, Patricija, for a great experience!

Tutto perfetto! Siamo stati una settimana a casa di Ivana, l'appartamento era perfetto, tutto come da descrizione, molto grande, pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. Bellissima la terrazza con zanzariere, dove abbiamo cenato tutte le sere. Posizione tranquilla, molto comoda per raggiungere Pula, Fasana, tante spiagge belle nei dintorni. Ivana gentile risponde subito, grazie mille alla prossima!

5 stars – Perfect stay in Senj! Iva’s flat was an absolute gem! It’s located in a quiet, picturesque part of Senj, with stunning views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated the spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen, which would make cooking meals a pleasure. Iva was a wonderful host – very warm, welcoming, and helpful. She provided great recommendations for local spots to visit, including some hidden gems that we would have otherwise missed. The flat is just a short walk or car ride from the town center, where you can explore the charming streets, enjoy local restaurants, and experience the beauty of Senj. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit. Highly recommend Iva’s place to anyone visiting Senj – we’d love to come back!

First, I have to say that Mirjam is a wonderful host. There was a mistake with the reservation, but she helped us resolve everything in the best possible way. The room is spacious, larger than it appears in the photos. The apartment is in a great location, between the city center on one side and the beaches on the other. It takes about 20 minutes of easy walking to reach the center. About 10 minutes to nearest beach. The apartment was perfectly clean. We would book the same accommodation again. My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Jasna sehr gefallen. Es war blitzblank sauber, sie hat Kekse und frisches Obst bereitgestellt. In der Unterkunft fehlte uns nichts, alles was man zum Leben brauch war vorhanden, sogar Gesellschaftsspiele. Sie hat mir immer schnell geantwortet und geholfen, wenn ich Rat brauchte, wie Buslinien zu finden etc. Sie war sehr freundlich und alles war perfekt. Die Lage ist auch super, man kommt schnell zum wunderschönen Hawaii Beach (3 Busstationen), zu Fuß kommt man zu einem anderen Strand, die Stadt war auch schnell zu erreichen und Supermärkte auch. Die Busstation ist gleich vor der Haustür. Die Lage war super ruhig und wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder!

Una vera esperienza Airbnb. Dani e la sua famiglia vivono al piano superiore e condividono uno spazio indipendente della loro casa. L’accoglienza è stata impeccabile e famigliare. La casa è ristrutturata e molto ben attrezzata. Lo spazio esterno è ombreggiato e molto confortevole. Anche il posto auto era all’ombra. La pulizia era perfetta. Siamo stati molto bene. La comunicazione con Dani è stata semplice e Ci ha anche dato consigli e assistenza durante il nostro soggiorno. Consigliato

Prima host en top co-host, spreken erg goed Duits. Beide heel erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Let even op: appartement is op de 2e verdieping, en alleen met trap te bereiken. Goede bank en prima boxspring. Hele goede keuken, let wel alleen snelfilter koffie apparaat.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir als Familie haben uns für die 5 Tage wohl gefühlt. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön und der Strand nur die Treppe hinunter zu erreichen.

We had a perfect stay at Weronika & Antuns apartment. The apartment was spotless and very clean. Weronika & Antun was very accommodating and had many good tips of restaurants and beaches close by 😎. We would absolutely stay there again when we go back to Opatija.

Sanja is one of the kindest hosts we have ever met. She was proactive from the start, and flexible with our arrival and departure times. We were greeted with wine and some local delicacies in the fridge, and she even gave us recommendations for sightseeing. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything we needed, and there is a large supermarket close to the apartment. It is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Lage war ideal um die Altstadt zu erkunden und am Abend auszugehen, trotzdem war es recht ruhig. Der Parkplatz war etwa 10 Minuten entfernt. Als der Feueralarm bei der Ankunft piepte, hat Tanija sofort reagiert und das Problem gelöst. Einzig das Wlan funktionierte öfter mal nicht so gut, was etwas nervig war. Ansonsten gerne wieder!

L'alloggio è ben arredato (non ho mai trovato una cucina così ben fornita) e pulitissimo. La posizione della casa offre di un'ottima vista, in quanto la casa si trova in una posizione di qualche centinaio di metri sul livello del mare. Gli host sono stati fantastici.

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach spitze. Sehr nette Besitzer. Alles sehr sauber. Hochwertige Verarbeitung und Materialien. Ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur. Am Dorf- sehr schön.

Tolle Unterkunft in einem Haus mit insgesamt 4 Apartments und Pool auf der Dach Terrasse. Küche & Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Dusche, Schlafzimmer waren sehr sauber, neuwertig und passend. Der Balkon im Sonnenuntergang ist toll 5min zum Supermarkt, 10-15min zu Hafen, Restaurants & Strand Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich - vielen Dank! :)

Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Am besten hat mir die Aussicht gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade, von wo man schön lange an der Küste spazieren kann und Restaurants sind auch direkt erreichbar.

Tolle Unterkunft, entspricht den Fotos im Inserat - inklusive traumhafter Aussicht auf die Kvarner Bucht. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Marina hat uns freundlich empfangen und die Wohnung gezeigt. Wir können sie wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

We had a stay of one week. From the moment we met Lili at the front door we felt at home. So welcoming and open. Lili always had a smile. Lili had made some delicious muffins for our arrival and some amazing fritters mid week. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Everything that we needed. The pool and surrounding area were beautifully maintained. Marino was so helpful upon our arrival. He explained the local area and the not so local. Marino spoke excellent English . We had a car and wanted to explore Istria. Close by was a well stocked supermarket, a little further on was a large shopping centre. Both within walking distance. It was a 10 min walk to the arena and city centre. Such a lovely and accommodating family. Thank you.
