Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

From this centrally located place, you can be at all important places in no time and enjoy a quiet stay in the middle of Mainz's old town. Many attractions such as the cathedral, the banks of the Rhine, the market... are within walking distance. Freshly renovated and modern, comfortably furnished with a 90 × 200 bunk bed (can be freely arranged for 2 people), 43" UHD smart TV with Magenta TV, small kitchen with appliances and utensils for small meals and bathroom with walk-in shower.

Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with a beautiful garden and rent out our adjoining apartment with a view of the countryside. The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our tiny loft is located in South Hessian Ried, Trebur, Hessenaue location, right next to a horse farm. The district of Hessenaue is still agricultural and is paradise for horse lovers. On many farms, you can still buy directly from the producer. Trebur is located in the Darmstadt city triangle, Mainz, Wiesbaden, the Rhine is 2 km away. Swimming lakes invite you to swim in summer. If you like to ride a bike, you can use the well-developed bicycle network.

Apartment in Dexheim

Located in the rural 1-room apartment in Dexheim, the 1-room apartment is located in a quiet location. Several wineries and ostrich farms are within walking distance. 100m away is a bus stop. The wine towns of Nierstein and Oppenheim, which are worth seeing, are ~4 km away, with various shopping facilities and S-Bahn connections to Mainz. The place is particularly suitable for couples, solo travelers and bike hikers (bikes can be set dry).
