Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Oprič

Our time at Branko's Casa Piano was very nice. Branko (the owner) lives next door and was very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. He gave us great tips regarding restaurants and events nearby. We were absolutely satisfied and can only recommend it to everyone. You have your peace there, it is a bit remote in a small village but perfect for relaxing and the next major city of Labin is also only about 10 to 15 minutes by car. All in all, just a great stay.

Very nice and quiet house in Croatian style, nicely furnished, very clean and maintained with beautiful garden and pool. Perfect with dog, completely fenced. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back. The hosts are very nice and likeable.

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at Lana's house for a week and enjoyed it very much. Everything was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available and we could always ask Lana for advice. The beach was about 5 minutes away on foot and also in the old town you were relatively fast by car. We would absolutely recommend the place!

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is really wonderful, very spacious for 8 people and great restored! Especially the natural stone floor on the ground floor is a real treat in summer when the temperatures are warm! The house is very well equipped and sparkling clean! Highly recommended!

We were received in a very friendly manner by Alex and Igor. There were maps of the area with tips on restaurants and attractions. The apartment was very clean and conveniently furnished. The village of Valbandon is very small, but there is a very good restaurant (Rosignol) a few meters away. Since we were there out of season (end of September/beginning of October), we can't say what else is going on in Valbandon. For us, the tranquility was just right. However, a car is recommended if you want to see something of the beautiful region. We felt completely comfortable.

What a wonderful stay! Samira was a thoughtful and attentive host, who was always able to help and provide support when needed. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It was perfectly described and so close to the town, and was a perfect base for exploring Istria.

We had a very relaxing and quiet vacation at Daija's place. The apartment was well maintained and modernly equipped. It offered all comforts: Located in nature, the pool as a refreshment after excursions and within walking distance to the small, charming town of Bale. An all-around successful stay! Darija is super friendly and has been very helpful with all our questions. Thank you for the wonderful time!!

We stayed for two weeks in the house as a family and we highly recommend it to all! It is fully equipped with everything you may need as a family, to have a very comfortable stay! It has two very spacious bedrooms and very good facilities for laundry and meal preparation. The location is fantastic in the old town of Koper and everything is a short walk away to explore as well as bus and taxi station just a few minutes away! The house was super clean and fully ready for us when we arrived and the hosts welcomed us in the best possible way! Overall a great find and we hope to stay again when we next visit Koper!

Peaceful oasis in the heart of it all!! From the moment you enter the gate, to the moment you turn the corner to the flat....it takes your breath away. Beautiful, peaceful luxury, almost unreal for the location. The flat is beautiful, spotless and well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need for two persons. The outdoor space is the star for sure. Peaceful, comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the old town. A place to kick back with a glass of wine and listen to nature all around you, stunningly beautiful. The fact that you have use of bikes was such a bonus as the waterfront just begs for you to explore. We were truly grateful to have the bikes and navigate the park and beaches so close to the flat.....remarkable add on!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and all your helpful tips and friendly communication. We will not soon forget your beautiful property and hope to return. Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

The apartment is really spacious and has everything you need. Davorka is a really friendly and welcoming host, we had a really relaxing stay. We had our bikes with us and it was no problem to bring them inside.

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect place to stay in a beautiful place.

Sara's place is very nice overlooking the sea. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. By car, you can reach the city center within 7 minutes. The communication with Sara was easy and she responded quickly. There is a Nespresso capsule machine.
