Le Moulin de la Forge: loft between woods and river

In the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, 30 minutes from Limoges: at the exit of the village, past the stone bridge, the alley of old trees welcomes you in a bath of greenery. The wooded land on 6 ha is nestled in a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill is located along the head race; a bamboo grove softens the northern flank while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the woods. The facade mirrors the old dwelling house and the ruined barn.

La Berthussie

La Berthussie is situated at the edge of Cussac, a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve: soft hills, lakes, historical sites, and lovely walking trails. Our peaceful and spacious house of 240 sq. m can easily host a family of 8. It is surrounded by a vast mature garden, a private pond just 50m from the house, a chestnut orchard and fruit trees. The supermarket is 5 minute walking distance, as are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square.

Our estate of 14 hectares of garden, meadows and forests, with 2.4 km of landscaped paths will welcome you to Périgord Vert. You will find 2 cottages, 1 of which is perfect for two people. 180 x 200 king size bed. Beautiful fully-equipped living room. Walk-in shower. Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Mountain bikes available.

Welcome to Ferme du Pont de Maumy In an authentic and warm vintage spirit, the Maumy Bridge cabin is the perfect place to let yourself be carried away by an exotic experience. Built ecologically with its burnt wood cladding, its atypical style will not leave you indifferent. You will enjoy its large terrace and stunning views of the pond on sunny days, as well as its interior with its soft and cozy atmosphere, and its wood-burning stove for your long evenings.

Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the cabin is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, frozen food store...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Our 1829 house has been renovated in a style that harmoniously blends the old and the modern. Upon entering, you will be seduced by a large living room with all the necessary equipment to have a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, a bedroom for two and a bathroom equipped with a large shower. Upstairs you will find another double bed, a single bed and a baby bed as well as everything you need to keep you busy as a family. A garden with lounge and barbecue.

La Vieille Porcherie - Beautiful French Gîte

La Vieille Porcherie is a typical French self-contained gîte dating back to the 17th Century. The gite is situated in a quiet hamlet between Cussac and Oradour-sur-Vayres. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with numerous swimming lakes in the vicinity, wonderful walks, fabulous quiet roads for cycling and also great VTT trails. A former piggery, now a lovely gîte, beside our home in this beautiful part of France.
