Monthly Rentals in Orchid

We visit this area each year and Mia’s is a great location to access the activities we like. It’s also a 5 minute walk to a pleasant park on a canal with lots of birds, especially in the morning. We were able to see a couple evening launches from Cape Canaveral from the back patio! Mia responded to, and addressed a couple of minor concerns quickly.

Christine's home was comfortable, extremely clean, private and had quality furnishing and wonderfully stock pantry. We felt at home and enjoyed our time at her home. Christine's instructions were very thorough, I only had to contact her for a quick question before check-in and she answered immediately and was very accommodating to oue arrival time. Thank you Christine for a great time. I would not hesitate one bit before renting this unit again.

This place is very spacious, modern and clean. It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood. For seniors, it felt very safe on a number of fronts. We were surprised by how open and tastefully de orated it was. Highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect! It’s a quick walk to a beach that felt so private and cozy! The beach allows leashed dogs, but since there wasn’t many people around, we were able to let our pups enjoy themselves off of the leash for stretches of time! The locals are so kind, too. We watched the sunrise one morning on the beach, but there is a perfect sunset view just a brief drive away! We found a little beach fishing area for the sunset when we were on our way to the nearest Walmart/Publix! It’s a stunning, wide skied, beachside view of the sunset. Gorgeous! Not to mention our place was perfect, we loved the pool too and very much appreciated the fenced in yard for the pups! The host was kind enough to leave a little note with treats for our babies, by that we mean our pups lol! We loved the beds and enjoyed the TV’s in each room, so easy to relax and unwind anywhere in the house. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for a perfect, amazing stay!
