We really enjoyed our stay at this little house. It is the back of a country house, fully equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated. Located in a privileged natural setting, they have taken advantage of their surroundings to enjoy the surrounding nature with a spectacular winter garden. The hosts were very nice, attentive and made every effort to make our visit as satisfactory as possible. Very close to Gijón and with good road connections. We've practically just left and we already want to go back!

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

The house was super comfy and very unbeatable place. Breakfast in the garden with a nature view was amazing and we who were going with a puppy could enjoy watching it run in the garden and enjoy as much as we did . Highly recommended and very close to areas with all amenities

Mili is a lovely person who makes you feel right at home from the very first minute. The accommodation is just as described on the website, a comfortable, clean place, with everything you might need and more, which conveys the feeling of home, of really being at home. If you're traveling with kids, as was our case, it also has everything you need and if you like farm animals, you can see them live. I want to thank Mili for the special touches she had for us when we arrived (free-range eggs, cake, cheese...) and her concern to make sure everything was fine. Thanks Mili. We'll be back.

We really loved it! Such a cozy and lovely place, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Convenient, clean, and the views from the window are beautiful — it was a joy to stay here.

The house was much better than the pictures show, everything was clean and tidy. I had all the utensils in the kitchen so you don't have to bring anything. Full bathrooms too, I would put more towels for guests as we thought we were going to have and use one per couple. The place of the house to me seems isolated and with enough curves to get there...yes, full nature and total disconnection from the world. The house is big and cozy, the rooms are very nice. We loved the barbecue that it has and although it did not make us completely good....we could use it, very complete and with all the utensils for it. There was no noise in the village and we slept on both days great, the bed great, super comfortable. Overall everything is perfect.

Manuel's house has been cozy, everything was clean and placed a very satisfactory first impression, the spectacular area, the beach very close, places of interest and very well communicated, as long as we travel the purpose is to disconnect and relax without being aware of the time and I think we have achieved it because we were looking forward to more.

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

Good location since it is 10' walking to the center, quiet area and easy parking and free. Alfonso is very friendly and flexible both when entering and leaving the apartment. The entire apartment, and impeccable cleanliness Totally recommended.

Lovely apartment in the heart of the historic old town. Beautiful building and entrance way to the apartment, which was super clean an had all amenities needed for a 2 night stopover. Met by Miguel who was very helpful.We would highly recommend.

This is the second time we've stayed at their house, and we're delighted, great service and the house is in a beautiful place, you can walk to the plains, go for a run, walk the dog, who can also bathe in the river while you walk, very quiet area with easy parking. We will definitely be back.

As remote workers, we really appreciated the peace and quiet along with the comfortable, homely feel of this fantastic 2 bedroom apartment. With a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities that includes outdoor washing lines and the cutest kid’s room (with baby changing table and high chair), this place is perfect for couples and families. The hosts are wonderful and very quick to respond and have made sure to provide plenty of bedlinen, towels and coat hangers (hey! don’t tell me you are happy with just 3 hangers) If you are a light sleeper - Gijon and this apartment is for you. Not only do the blockout blinds create a cosy cave vibe, but there is zero noise pollution, it’s genuinely the quietest place we have ever stayed. The house has an excellent location to visit the area and is located in a very quiet place. It is fully equipped very clean. It is cozy and perfect for a family vacation. Make a special mention of the large patio since if you go with children it is ideal. Felix is very helpful and helpful at all times. 100% Recommended. Surely we will repeat.

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.
