Summer Vacation Oceanfront 1st floor

Direct Oceanfront Condo 1st floor at Daytona Beach Resort for easy, no-elevator access. Fully furnished one bedroom with King bed, open concept into the kitchen and living room with sofa sleeper. This Unit is located to the south side of the Resort, the pool deck in this area was damaged from previous hurricanes. The Resort is currently undergoing ongoing repairs, seawall restoration where you will have construction/noises. While we provide a clean, comfortable stay with Pool/Gym/Fitness.

Come and enjoy your time away in this SMOKE-FREE, fully equipped, clean and modern oceanfront condo in Daytona Beach Shores. This condo building has a heated pool and brand new balconies! We have put indestructible Polywood chairs/side tables on our balcony for your use while you take in the phenomenal view from the 4th floor. The property also has tennis, basketball, and pickleball on the roof of the garage with an additional sun deck accessed from the second floor of the building.

Building deck, pool and hot tub are available! Direct beach access! This huge oceanfront 3-bedroom 3.5-bathroom unit goes straight through the building. The living room, balcony & king-size bedroom 1 have ocean views and the guest bedrooms have their own balconies looking over the Intercoastal river! This extra large unit offers 2,900 square feet + 2 balconies! With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms the unit is fitted to sleep 10. Additional bedding is provided by 4-twin rollaway beds.

Clean, comfortable, and positioned for some of the best unobstructed water views in the building. Renovations are underway — some daytime noise and occasional dust is part of the process. Light cooking only. No children under 10. WARNING: Resort’s garage and sea wall are not operational Access to beach is adjacent to resort on North side, right next to our beautiful BEACH FRONT POOL! Parking lot is on the South side. We are N Daytona Beach, almost Ormond Beach.

Beach is beautiful for swimming, surfing, relaxing, fishing and other water activities. There is endless walking opportunity to north and south. There is some daytime car driving on the beach, but it is regulated and not a problem.
