Holiday rentals with beach access in Ormond-by-the-Sea

Beautiful spot on the beach! Great location and nicely laid out space with everything we needed and great communication. Definitely recommend and we hope to return.

I absolutely love staying here. The property was spotless and cozy. It had an old school boho beach vibe. The bed was so comfortable and we fell asleep and woke up listening to the ocean. The view of the ocean from our front balcony was perfect. I’m seriously looking to book again before the end of the year. We will definitely return. Thank you!

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

A perfect spot for enjoying the beautiful St Augustine beaches!! Location is ideal, condo feels bigger than it looks in the pictures (and it looks spacious in the pics!), very comfortable, great amenities, and sitting on the deck sipping the morning coffee before the sun is over the roof is the perfect way to start your day. Stan and Laura were very responsive and pleasant to work with. Already talking about returning to St Augustine Beach!

We had the best time, perfect location. Crosswalk for beach right at the front of the condo. Pool so much fun and pier a walk away to fish. Neighbors so friendly. very clean everywhere we went.

A beautiful condo on the 7th floor with a great view of the beach from the balcony, living room and bedroom. Furnished nicely. Big TV and WiFi with good cable service. Kitchen had new appliances and everything you needed to feel at home. Bathroom had a great shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Idalberto was quick to respond to all inquiries and ensured that any issues were handled quickly. The pool was closed and under reconstruction but I was aware of that before I arrived. There were various contractors working daily doing repairs and upgrades caused by previous storm damage. Easy off street parking on private lot. I would return for another stay. Idalberto made me feel right at home.

St. Augustine rental was perfect for our family of 4 and little dog. We loved the fenced backyard, bocce ball area, plenty of seating. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Loved having beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys, etc Proximity to the beach is fantastic! Place was very clean. We walked to the cuban coffee place for breakfast and lunch which was delicious. There were other renters above us (we had the downstairs unit) - we could hear them walking at times, but it wouldn't keep us from renting here again.

Great location, street was nice and quiet.

My family had a great vacation at this house. We were 8 adults and 3 children under 10. We love the beach, we surf, and with young children the proximity to the beach was our #1 priority. All other attractions were a short drive away. The bedrooms setup offers flexibility for different families. Geni & Chris were helpful and replied to any questions very quickly.

Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

We loved everything about our stay! We were traveling with two young kids, and the house had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the wagon and all the beach toys and extra towels, and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Julie was so responsive to questions, and you can just tell she cares about the comfort of her guests. When we come back to Crescent Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

Melissa’s place was perfect for our stay. Getting in was a little bit frustrating…we had 4 adults and a t separate times all had trouble with the keyless entry. The decor was adorable, beds comfy and plenty of seating inside and out. My husband noted the deep fryer wasn’t clean but we didn’t need it anyway. And very occasionally in the master bed I would get a whiff of musty air. But, all in all it met expectations and was a comfortable, welcoming and affordable place to stay. Thanks Melissa!

Excellent location, location, location! Diego was extremely communicative and responsive. Clean and nice fenced backyard for our dogs. We will stay again!

Close to the beach and our favorite taco shop. A1A burrito works! We were able to enjoy the evenings on the porch and walk to the coffee shop and ice cream shop right down the road.

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. We loved our time here. It’s spotless, incredibly comfortable and the best views. Absolutely perfect location and set up.

If you want an ocean view (and a sunrise AND moonrise!) and to be steps away from the beach, this is your place! For me, waking up and seeing the ocean is soothing and sipping coffee on this deck while experiencing the ocean was perfection. Once you are ready to hit the beach, you walk down the stairs and wa-la, there it is! If you forget something, no worries-- your place is only a few minutes away! It was so nice not to have to lug all the beach stuff and then worry about where we'd find a restroom. Nope-- it's all right there at this place! In addition to the beach, there is a pool and many hot tubs. I'm particular about my hot tubs, but this one did not disappoint. They kept it hot enough to relax those sore spots. We did rent a car and the drive to downtown is about 15 minutes and super easy. We Ubered one night and that was easy. I had a few questions for Butch during our stay and he responded immediately. Recycle in town. Butch will send you the link. Grocery is 2 miles away.

We have stayed in Chris' condo for 4 years..enjoyed very stay . condo is equipped with everything you could need or want ...always clean and filled with owner pride...view from balcony is second to none..over these years we have noticed the entire complex has been well maintained..close to St Augustine historic area..they fire the cannons on weekends!..and outlet mall...enjoy eating at seafood kitchen..get the seafood platter for 2! ..good communication and Chris is always quick to respond..thanks Chris for letting us stay in your condo ..or your little piece or paradise...

The location was right on the steps of Daytona Beach and conveniently located near stores and restaraunts walking distance. Kelly was super communicative and helpful and the whole trip went smoothly. I appreciated the sun hats and beach paraphernalia in the place. Also the fully stocked toiletries. All in all a great stay. On a side note the elevator was not working the whole time we were there which didn’t bother me but for someone physically impaired you have to climb stairs and walk a bit to get to the place. This is March 15 and I’m sure elevator is working by now. This does not affect my rating of the stay in any way. I highly recommend!

An absolutely perfect place to stay. I loved the quick walk to the beach, and the condo was adorable!

Great apartment, close to one pool and only 5 min walking to the beach. The complex even has 2 pools one being closer to the beach where we have been mostly alone during our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. the apartment is on the street side but we did not hear anything inside, but on the balcony which was fine for us. AC and fans in the living and bedroom. All in all we had an amazing time here!

We were celebrating a birthday and the host left a little birthday decor. We asked to check out an hour later and they were flexible. We enjoyed.

We had a small leak in the shower. I texted Michelle. She responded quickly and had it fixed ASAP. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. The bed was very comfortable. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed time on the balcony soaking in the ocean in addition to time on the beach. We will definitely be back.
