This charming cottage was built on an old distillery, then annexed to an old farmhouse in the Val d'Argent valley. It is located outside the city center and is thus immersed in nature, on the edge of the forest, close to many hiking trails. Weekend house in the countryside near the city

You can enjoy nature without direct neighbors and are still in the residential area of Durlach after 200 m. The pedestrian zone of Durlachs can be reached in 5 minutes by car and only 12 minutes by car is Karlsruhe, the 2nd largest city in Baden-Württemberg. A wonderful place to relax and unwind!
