Take a break and unwind in this peaceful corner. This bright studio is brightened by birdsong and all the species that surround it make this place charming. I will welcome you with Venus, my young female dog, a very endearing boxer! 45 minutes from the beaches (Hossegor, Labenne), 10 minutes from the A64 (Peyrehorade exit), 12 minutes from Dax, 45 minutes from Biarritz Airport, at the top of the hill it is located in a village, Cagnotte, on the way to St Jacques de C, starting point for walks.

The Ibarrondoa gîte is a beautiful 150 m2 bright gîte completely refurbished in the old barn of a traditional Basque farm. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen open to a large bright living room with its large family table and comfortable living room, in a decor combining antique furniture and modern comfort. A beautiful 30 m2 terrace overlooking the mountain and the surrounding meadows, not overlooked, will offer you convivial moments around the plancha.

Baroque Chalet atmosphere, calm & serenity

24 m2 studio, with independent equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. The studio is completely independent, it is part of a typical Landes house that we live in. This old renovated farmhouse dates back to the 1800s, so we took special care with the furniture to combine past and modernity. Guests will enjoy a large garden with a south-facing private terrace and private parking. We are 10 km from Dax city center and 35 minutes from the ocean.
