Haus Philip is a very cozy and modern log cabin directly in an exposed unique location on the ski slope. The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. In an expanded farmhouse 500 m from our ostrich farm, we rent 2 double rooms ,cot incl.,The large hallway area with adjoining kitchen offers much space for shared dining. On the 1st floor are the double rooms, Bathroom with shower and large outdoor area with reading corner or children's play area. In the yard and garden area there is a barbecue,fire pit and plenty of space for outdoor activities. Free parking is available under the covered courtyard barn.

Spacious semi-detached house with the owner's house right next door. A total of about 80-90 m² of living space. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a crib/cot. It can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child. Shared use of the courtyard & garden is always possible. Wi-Fi and two LCD TVs are provided. Excursions to the Harz are very close. The house is situated in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. It can also be used for fitters/business stays.

The kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing home-cooked meals. Alternatively, several restaurants and cafés can be found within a 10-minute walk. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

The house is quietly located in a turning hammer and surrounded by old trees and therefore perfect for families with children. It's just a few minutes walk to Lake Tankum. On the lake, there is a swimming beach, pedal boats, stand up paddle boards, mini golf, soccer field, volleyball net, barbecue areas and various gastronomic offerings. The surrounding nature invites you to extensive walks, hikes and bike rides.

This beautiful vacation home is located in the historic city center of Quedlinburg (200 m from the market). The sights are wonderfully accessible on foot and also the shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. On the day of arrival a visitor's tax of 3,00 € per person and night (children from 6 years 1,00 €) is to be paid in cash.
