The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old farmhouse. The farm, which used to be completely closed, was decisively shaped by Gustav Neuhoff, the hostess's grandfather. Hence the name FW Gustav. The nearest shops are in Derenburg, 6 km away. Heudeber is a quiet village, but the nearby A36 offers quick connections to the highlights of the Harz Mountains. Wernigerode, Halberstadt, Quedlinburg and Goslar can be reached in about 25 minutes.

Welcome to Werder , a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover , Brunswick and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shops and restaurants are located in and around Bockenem. The Harz as well as the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here,we ride a motorcycle ourselves and are at your disposal for tour questions.

We occupy ourselves with the small garden and the animals, try our hand at old handicraft techniques, explore the surroundings, go for a walk in the forest and swim in the outdoor pool. Our vacation home is built around 1800 and completely renovated by us. It combines German charm with Dutch cosiness. From the bedrooms you look out over the town, from the living room you can see the huge garden and the mountains behind it.
