Wir vermieten in unserer DHH , Split Level Bauweise, eine kleine Garteneinliegerwohnung. Das Haus steht auf einem Hanggrundstück. eine Treppe zwischen Haus und Garage führt in den Garten bzw zur Eingangstür der Ferienwohnung. Die Terrasse gehört zur Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr etc ausgestattet, eine Grundausstattung von Gewürzen, Öl, Kaffee und Tee ist vorhanden. Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaushalt, rauchen auf der Terrasse ist kein Problem, danke!

Quaint apartment in old farmhouse/private entrance

The Stifts-Haus (1611) has been extensively renovated. The guest apartment is very cozy, with a bedroom (double bed + sofa bed/children's mattresses on request), a living/kitchen room and a large, beautiful bathroom. Nothing is ordinary with us. Curious??? When booking only 2 days (minimum), please bring €10 per day laundry fee/per person or bring your own bed linen. This is the only way to offer the overall low price for short stays.

Welcome to our little newly built cottage, which our guests can use all to themselves. The low-energy house was built from high-quality materials in solid wood. The underfloor heating installed throughout the living area can also cool in summer, so that there is a pleasant living climate all year round. Beautiful Iffeldorf is wonderfully centrally located between Munich and Garmisch on the picturesque Osterseen.

Balcony 6 m² with mountain views. Small bedroom with 140 x 200 bed, wardrobe and skylight.

Klee vacation home - "Hirsch" apartment

Spend a few relaxing days in our new, cozy vacation home. It has 2 separate living units, each about 60 - 65 m² (ground floor and upper floor) and each with a terrace. Each apartment has its own entrance, as well as a separate parking space right in front of the house. Both apartments are accessible.

Detached wooden house in a very quiet location

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
