From here there are good opportunities for outdoor activities such as swimming or paddling in nearby fjord waters, hiking and cycling. Possibility to rent a SUP, kayak and bicycle. Approx. 20 min by car to Fredrikstad city center and Skjærhalden

There are sleeping places for 9 people, but note that the cabin is small and it can be a bit cramped for 9 adults.

Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or want to explore Hvaler, this is a nice base. Shops approximately 5 km away. The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Bring your family or your girlfriend, or your employees and enjoy a peaceful, modern, charming house in the country. The house is comfortable with, among other things, 2 luxurious bathrooms. There is a private fenced, sheltered garden where you can enjoy the hot tub with birdsong and something good in the glass. Right by the forest, hiking trails, the scout hut with a campfire site only 400 m away. The hot tub is closed for the winter between December 1st - April 1st. 🫧🛀
