In the main cabin there is a stove, fridge and freezer, outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill, and place to sit inside or outside on the terrace. 1/5-30/9 there is water for the outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower is available with hot water. Urine separated outdoor toilet on the grounds and WC in a separate building next door. A simple but comfortable accommodation. We who rent out live in the neighboring house. You have access to the jetty and borrow our two Canadians as well as two single kayaks. Light a fire in the fireplace if it's chilly outside.

Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

Detached guest house with one room about 20m2 with 140 cm bed (May-Sept).

This summer cottage is 45 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 sleeping places. The plot consists mostly of lawn, suitable for outdoor play. You'll have access to two patios, one of which is facing the south. Outdoor grill is available. In the nearby area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, cliffs, and beach. The beach is child friendly and is 3 min walk from the house. And air heat pump Bus station is 300 meters from the property, distance to the city center and harbor about 500 meters.

Welcome to the summer paradise of Öregrund ! You'll stay just 1 km from the beautiful Tallparken, with scenic walking trails, cliffs, and a small sandy beach, and 1.3 km from the town center. The cottage features two cozy sleeping lofts with single beds that can be combined into double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the large yard with a patio, perfect for BBQ evenings and relaxation. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Cleaning is done by the guest.
