Enjoy the tranquility of an almost own island in the Roslagen archipelago. The entire eastern part of the island belongs to the property. You can get to Lambskär by motorboat, which is included in the rent, but good boating experience is a requirement. The cottage is located in the middle of the island overlooking the cliffs down to the water. Swim on the sunny side of the island where there is no wind or enjoy the sauna! Unwind in this unique and quiet home completely off grid but with solar and wind power! The guests will bring their own linen and clean upon departure.

On the island there is a grocery store, wooden church, cafe and flea market, midsummer celebration, summer yoga, swimming school, homestead, boat excursions. In Grisslehamn there are restaurants, bakery, museum, spa, Åland boat, etc. Dass, outdoor shower and cold water tap. Dogs ok.

This peaceful square with its own jetty is located by a small spring lake in a very secluded and private location. With large lush garden filled with fruit trees and berry bushes, the square and its brewhouse are free from visibility with views down to the crystal clear lake with excellent swimming facilities. In the main building of the cottage there is a kitchen with dining area and combined living room/bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet and large glazed terrace. Kitchen and Bathroom Renovated 2023. In the brewhouse there are two spacious bedrooms.

With us you will experience living in the countryside, you have your own house with its own entrance close to the host's own house. In the summer of 2017, the house was completely renovated. On the farm there are cats, hens, ducks and in the nearby farm there are sheep. The forest areas that are close by are fantastic to hike in and there are orientation maps in all directions. For swimming there is Rastsjön 11 km by car. Perfect as a campsite/courtyard for sports clubs/associations up to about 20 people.

Large and wonderfully charming house on farm from the 1880s. There are generous areas for socializing both inside and out. Swim in the pool or take a sauna, play or do yoga in the barn. Grill at the nice barbecue area or on charcoal grill. Equipment is available for games on the large lawn: badminton, boule and croquet. The house is fully modern but has its old charm preserved, with tiled stoves, beautiful hardwood floors, wood stove and muted windows. Raised garden with fruit trees and berry bushes.

The fully fenced garden makes it ideal for guests with one or two dogs.
