Vargskär is located on Gräsö's eastern side and from here you can go directly out to the archipelago and open sea for swimming, sunbathing or maybe a fishing trip. The property is located near the lake with beautiful views of the fjord. To the swimming jetty and boat, it is just over 300 meters. The property consists of a main building of about 60 m2 with two bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with fireplace and bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, there are two more smaller cottages and a total of 8 beds. Winterized and can be used all year round.

This summer cottage is 45 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. The plot consists mostly of lawn, suitable for outdoor play. You will have access to two patios, one of which is south-facing. Outdoor grill is available. In the immediate area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, rocks, and beach. The beach is child-friendly and is a 3-minute walk from the house. Charming apartment/Annex in beautiful tranquility nature located in Stenskär. The annex has sea view and terraces facing east and south. Private entrance to the Annex from outside. Small bathing place close to the house. Larger beach as well as nice walking paths, bike paths and fishing opportunities in the nearby area. About a 15-minute drive to the east coast Öregrund. Access to a wood-fired sauna by the sea and canoe to borrow by special agreement. Sheets, towels, cleaning and sauna wood are not included in the rent. Welcome to book!

Björnäs is located on Söderön in the middle between Öregrund and Östhammar. You can walk or bike 1.5km and you will come to Östhammarsfjärden, where there is a cosy small bathing area. In the area there are walking paths in lovely nature and Öregrunds golf course with access to paddle course. The property is a stand-alone house with its own parking, entrance and patio. It is a large kitchen with dining area, bedroom, living room with sofa bed and toilet/shower on the ground floor. Upstairs is a living room and a bedroom.

So much to see here in eastern Uppland; Öregrund's beautiful marina and all the lovely summer restaurants; including Melker Andersson's Bojabäs, there are also pharmacies, Systembolag, ICA and COOP, all within 20 minutes by car. Also worth seeing is Lövstabruks Herrgård with a nice inn for summer lunches, Badsjö with a swimming jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 17th century Manor. Car is needed on this stay, to experience the surroundings and the countryside. And the weather…always sunny here in Norrby! Welcome!

Welcome to "Roslagens famn" (Roslagen's embrace) as Evert Taube sings and a house near the sea with both sandy beach, cliff swimming and the smell of seaweed within a hundred meters. Perfect year-round vacation for couples and families alike, but also a paradise for birdwatchers and Albert Engström's fans. Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. A breakfast to go adds a little extra gold to the morning. Welcome!

Apartment in central Öregrund

Bright and nice apartment in the middle of central Öregrund but only a minute walk to the harbor, the city's restaurant path and the ICA store which is open 8-20 all year (8-22 during the summer). The apartment has sea glimpses and is located on the first floor of a multi-family villa from late 1800 's. The accommodation is fully equipped and is great for two people. Sofa bed with two more sleeping places available. Kayaks and sup boards are available to borrow for free during certain weeks.

Large grassy areas for playing and running. Why not start the wood-fired sauna after dinner on the porch? There is a lot to see and discover in the area such as Forsmarks Bruk, or Lövsta Bruk. And air heat pump Bus station is 300 meters from the property, distance to the city center and harbor about 500 meters.
