The construction trailer is in the back of our residential property, free access to the meadow. Heating is available via the wood-burning stove or an electric heater. There is lots of peace and nature. A 5-minute walk to the lake. Outdoor kitchen with electricity/water on the property, toilet and laundry facilities as well. A table tennis table is available. Our holiday home on the lake is relatively new and is now being rented out for the first time. The location on the Great Zechliner See, one of the cleanest lakes in the region, promises relaxing days, all year round. This is also ensured by a sauna and, in fine weather, the garden, with a large terrace and Weber gas barbecue, as well as a SUP board. From many rooms you have direct lake views and the beach is only a 2-minute walk away :) Parties, stag/hen dos or similar events are not permitted here.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed three-sided farmstead are built with an oak timber frame. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees have been pruned back, the house can be seen in all its splendour. From May onwards, it then slowly disappears behind the shade-providing foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

A comfortable folding bed for two and a couch can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Our boat is located in a fenced private area which is monitored by a security service at night. Except for the raccoon and the fox, you are protected from visitors
