Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! The house is in an excellent position and the wind can always cuddle you. Very close to the centre of Desenzano and to every kind of comfort you need.

DAS HAUS Durch ein Holztor kommt man in einen kleinen romantischen Hofgarten mit Aussenessplatz und Portico, welcher von Natursteinmauern eingefasst ist. Von hier gelangt man in die Wohnküche mit Esstisch und Holzscheitofen. Im ersten Obergeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer und im 2. Obergeschoss zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Vom Elternschlafzimmer geniesst man einen phantastischen Blick über den See und auf den Monte Baldo. Am Morgen ist das Zimmer sonnenüberflutet.
