Very well located for visiting Venice by train. Private parking. 5 minutes by car from the center, the train station, and restaurants. Clean and spacious. Good communication. Highly recommended.

Fulvio and Monica's B&B is very comfortable and practical, the rooms are spacious and quiet. Located just outside Rovigo, in the first Rovighese countryside, in calm and quiet. Fulvio is very kind and ready for suggestions and requests from guests. Highly recommended!

Franco and Davide were wonderful to work with. They offered suggestions on transportation and restaurants nearby. Their B&B was exceptionally clean and cozy and we felt right at home. The breakfast had several offerings and was always ready for our early departures. The bus stop to go into Venice was close by and easy to navigate. We highly recommend their B&B and would absolutely stay their again, in fact we are staying with them again before departing Italy.

Very kind welcome by Anna and her daughter with a drink and many tips for dinner and day trips. Breakfast was very extensive. I particularly liked the opportunity to prepare different egg variations. A compliment also goes to the friendly breakfast service. In the room, the air conditioning could be set well for the night operation. If we come back to this area, we would like to stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 days with my husband and 18 month year old. We had such a wonderful time! It was in a great location. Very close to the airport. Fabrizio and Alla were very nice and helpful. I’m so glad we stayed here.

Basic accommodation in a peaceful and quiet area. No fridge / kettle in the room. Everything was clean.

we had a great time. Everything was as described. We felt very welcome and enjoy our stay. Its super familiar what we liked. The pool is awesome and the rooms very cozy. You can go super easy to Venezia from there. And please don’t forget to try the pizza 🤤 ✌🏼

Perfect little hotel ina very walkable location close to everything. The hosts were responsive and it was exactly as described. I spent a comfortable 2 week here while waiting for my new apartment. Highly recommended.

Very convenient location close to a lot of beautiful places

Filippo was an excellent host, he provided clear and complete directions regarding access to the property. The room, very spacious and corresponding to the images on the site, was clean, cozy, complete with every possible comfort. The bathroom was equally tidy and complete, with a large and comfortable shower. The only downside: the area where the structure is located (the industrial area) I recommend it!
