Studio in a perfect location.

Ideally located between the port and the beach, at the foot of the GR 34 for pleasant hikes to the Pointe de Guilben and the Abbey of Beauport, close to the Vélomaritime cycle path. You are a 15-minute walk to the port and the city center and 5 minutes to a small secluded beach where you can swim at high tide. Paimpol is the strategic place to discover the island of Bréhat, the Talbert Gorge and the pink granite coast. Close to the train station, you can be independent without a car.

charming house ideally located 50 m from the water on the beach of Launay facing the island of Brehat in Ploubazlanec.4 km from the Brehat pier 3 km from shops and 6 km from the port of paimpol. Contemporary house, exceptional and unique view of the sea, the islands of Port Blanc, the bay of Pellinec, the 7 islands off Perros Guirec. Located near the small port of Buguéles, a few minutes walk from the first beaches and 2.5km from the village of Penvenan, with all its shops, market and supermarket. The house consists of a large living room of 50m2, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 3 terraces, a jaccuzzi. No pets are allowed.

Stone house completely renovated with quality materials. Small sunny outdoor area, furnished with a terrace (dining area, sunbathing and garden furniture) and a Jacuzzi! All amenities (harbor, shops, cafes and restaurants, train station and bus) are within walking distance. Private parking. This house is not suitable for partying. This is a townhouse and the neighborhood must be respected.
