House for 5 ideally located on the harbor. Everything nearby: supermarket, organic food store, pharmacy, bar and restaurant… the small beach of Les Arcades is within walking distance in 5 minutes. The port is a lively area all year round, market on Wednesday morning, restaurants open year-round. Nice house whose renovation has just been completed. On the ground floor, kitchen open to the living room. Toilet and bathroom. Upstairs 2 bedrooms. A small well-appointed terrace SHEETS/TOWELS AND CLEANING NOT INCLUDED

The studio is in our house, so the daily noise should not bother you, but we are discreet. The entrance is independent.

Paimpol Loft in the heart of the city, 4 minutes from the port

This place is anything but ordinary. It is an old workshop, 80m2 loft located in the heart of the historic center of paimpol in one of the weekly Tuesday morning market squares, 4 minutes from the marina and train station on foot, quiet. You are 10 minutes from the pier for Brehat. You have an outdoor area where you can lounge, lunch not overlooked ,with a parking space. This place is not suitable for partying, the neighborhood must be respected.

Pretty little townhouse, with a simple and refined style, completely renovated by us with care. Located near the historic center, in a quiet area you will have plenty of time to stroll through the pedestrian streets, to discover the small shops, as well as the market on thursdays, to taste a "Paris-Lannion" in the best pastry in the city, to sip in the evening, an "aperitif" on the famous "place du centre" known for its half-timbered houses.
