Happy with my family stay with my little cat at Mélanie and Benoit's,a bright ,clean ,functional quiet accommodation,and relaxing with everything nearby I didn't know Royan but we were able to do everything on foot and have a good time looking forward to coming back! Françoise's place is very pleasant, very functional and decorated with taste. It is located in a peaceful area of Royan, not far from the city center and the train station. Communication with Françoise is easy and Françoise is responsive. A good address that we recommend!

Spacious house with very beautiful interior and exterior volumes that allowed our group with children to spend a beautiful Easter weekend with the family. Estelle is very responsive and accommodating thank you again for hosting us!

The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.

Alison gave us a warm welcome from our first exchanges. She has the sense of hospitality. The accommodation was clean, very well equipped and well decorated. A real cocoon to spend a few days relaxing, which we did thanks to her. A big thank you!

An idyllic stay in a house close to the beach and at the same time very quiet, a little out of time. A perfect place to rejuvenate, share good times with family. From owners to care, very kind and very responsive. We left regretfully and will be back with great pleasure!

Check-in via lockbox is easy. The house is situated in a backyard and is accessible by a quite narrow passage. We were in a BMW X3 and you have to maneuver a little to the driveway into the open garage, but it is doable. Since all the shopping, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes, the car stopped all week. The house is relatively new and well built and equipped. The lower floor with living room and open kitchen has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and also a toilet and is equipped with floor heating. On the upper floor there is another double bedroom, one bedroom for up to 4 children with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom and a toilet. Here are electric radiators. There is a terrace with large table and chairs and also a gas grill. The house fully corresponds to the description. Valery visited us and personally welcomed us. All in all, great.

We had a lovely weekend , the accommodation was exactly as described before Martine . She adapted to our schedule and had a delicate attention for my son. I highly recommend this listing which is simple. It is well equipped and well arranged. The plus: private parking, quiet residence and terrace
