A true paradise on the shores of Lac de Paladru. Luxury, peace and pleasure await you! The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

Charming old farmhouse, spacious (320m2), from the 18th century. Located in a 5ha green setting of natural beauty, in the Chartreuse and close to the clear and warm waters of Lac d 'Aiguebelette.
