We all warmly welcome to ourselves in the Palatinate! Our house is located in the "Kirchengässl" in the wine route right next to the Jakobuskirche. The two rooms can be reached via our private staircase on the 2nd floor (attic). The floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 priv. Bathroom, 1 anteroom and 1 recreation room. We welcome our guests, if desired, in the morning with a vegetarian breakfast. Note: There is a cleaning fee of 15 EUR per person, which is paid in cash on site.

The listing is in the courtyard of my property. 15 minutes by car from Strasbourg. The living room on the ground floor is pleasant and cool in summer. From the very first frostbite, a pellet stove warms up in a friendly way this place where (it is said) you feel good. Upstairs (spiral staircase) you will find a large master suite, a sink area, a shower and a small bedroom with a single bed and 1 child bed (up to 6 years old).

The house is 5 minutes from the town center of Ingwiller. You will find all the amenities, bakeries, restaurant, bank, pharmacy, shops. The train station is a 3-minute walk away. We are in the heart of Hanau country in the Northern Vosges. You can discover the museums, walks, gourmet restaurants or the Bouxwiller Christmas market. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the house and has a bathroom with sauna, large kitchen, living and dining room and a spacious bedroom, which is separated from the living room by a curtain. From the bedroom and living room, you have a wonderful view of the castle and the panorama of Cochem, and you can also reach the centre of Cochem on foot in just a few minutes.
