Our cottage "Le Rofling" occupies the ground floor of the house with its independent entrance. The calm, the view, the environment ,the orchard, the meadow , the shaded play area are the real plus of the cottage. The decor has been carefully chosen and combines Alsatian style with contemporary style. The kitchen is spacious and functional and has direct access to the outside. The bathroom with its walk-in shower will allow you to relax.

Alsatian house built in 1700, fully renovated. Welcomes on the ground floor, a traditional restaurant where you can eat traditional flambé pies and delicious pizzas, homemade and wood-fired cooked. The other 2 floors will accommodate 9-10 people for families or groups of friends. The entrance to the listing is independent of the restaurant, through a fully fenced backyard. Two kitchens and two bathrooms are at your disposal.

A cozy, attic apartment in the southern suburb of Koblenz. The house in which the apartment is located is very centrally located, a short 5-minute walk to the Rhine, 2 minutes to the main train station and in 15 minutes you are in the heart of the old town. A bus stop is in front of the house, public parking and grocery stores are very close. Restaurants & bars are also right around the corner.

The living room and dining room is just under five meters high, to the back a retracted gallery with reading space. One bedroom on the ground floor one on the upper level . On the west side of the old brick building, a cozy sun terrace, on the east on the entrance side a sheltered courtyard. To the street a carport and a spacious storage room for the bicycles brought with you.

Our cottage is ideal as a starting point for hikes and as a vacation home for families with one to two children. The balcony and spacious living room offer plenty of light and panoramic views over the valley.
