Exclusive and independent apartment within a splendid villa overlooking a delightful cove along the Addaura coastline, which links Palermo to the well-known Mondello beach. For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

Starting point for countless excursions to discover the most beautiful historical-architectural beauties of northern Sicily. La mia villa si trova di fronte al mare, sul Lungomare dell’Addaura vicinissima a Mondello (15 minuti a piedi-2 minuti in auto o con bicicletta elettrica). La casa ha degli spazi esterni ad uso esclusivo, una comoda terrazza con loggiato con bellissima vista sul mare. Uno spazio condiviso con giardino, prato, solarium, e barbecue. Si puó comodamente parcheggiare fuori o dentro in uno spazio privato. Io vivo al piano di sopra per ogni necessità.
