Herzlich willkommen im wunderschönen Seewinkel! Ich bin BALU - ein rund 30² großes Tiny House, gebaut aus Naturmaterialien und liebevoll eingerichtet. Bei mir wird Nachhaltigkeit ganz groß geschrieben, denn mein Strom kommt von der Sonne und durch meine Bio-Trenntoilette wird viel Wasser eingespart. Wenn es kühler wird, sorgt mein Holz-Pellets-Ofen für eine besondere Atmosphäre. Meine riesige Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein und auch im Garten gibt's Einiges zu entdecken.

2025 habe ich eine weitere Ferienwohnung komplett renoviert. AVA 3 ist 60m2 groß und befindet sich im 1. Stock des Haupthauses. Räumlichkeiten: Eingangsbereich, Bad mit großzügiger Dusche ( 1,20m x1m), Waschbecken, eigene Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC, große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Alle Räume sind mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft.

Direkt vor dem auf mehr als 2000 m2 großen Grundstück finden Sie eine faszinierende Tierwelt, die Graurinder und Wasserbüffel weiden direkt vor dem Grundstück auf dem das Haus steht.

Sétálj az Ikva-patak mentén, nézd meg az Eszterházy-kastély díszes termeit, vagy strandolj a Fertő-tó partján. A gyógyulni vágyók ellátogathatnak a közeli Bükfürdőbe, Hegykőre vagy akár Ausztriába, Lutzmannsburgba. A nap végén pedig nincs is jobb, mint egy kellemes esti fürdőzés a privát jakuzziban.
