In the heart of the countryside, in a quiet location, 1 minute from the golf course. After 8 years of existence, the cottage is appreciated mainly for its cleanliness, its facilities and its peacefulness. Beds are made and towels are available. The covered summer swimming pool is located in the adjoining garden and is available for your private use every day from 2 pm to 7 pm.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

The gîte comprises two houses (one of 200 m²: Les Pommiers - 10 people, and one of over 100 m²: Les Cyprès - 4 people), offering accommodation for 14 people in 7 bedrooms. ​Luxuriously renovated while respecting their authenticity, you'll feel at home there.

Just 10 minutes from Niort and major highways, come and stay in an apartment inspired by Monica's from the legendary Friends tvshow. In this beautifully renovated outbuilding, you'll have access on the ground floor to a “Central Perk”- style relaxation area, and upstairs to a spacious family apartment. In addition to the high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, you'll find plenty of references to my favorite tv show and a 90's mood !
