My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

Welcome to my apartment, a former hotel room in a beautiful 1930s listed building recognized as a Remarkable Monument, on the 5th floor with an elevator. It features a large private terrace with views over the canal and the rooftops of Pantin, nicknamed the “New Brooklyn”. Just next to Paris, it is close to all amenities, shops, and public transport, as well as Parc de la Villette. Hoche station (Metro line 5), Pantin RER – Mairie, and Tram T3 are 500m away.

46 m 2 apartment. 160 cm bed in the bedroom, 140 cm sofa bed in the living room (very comfortable, bought in 2022) The apartment overlooks the back of the building, there is no noise except that of the birds. There is a flowered balcony. I live in this apartment year-round, so it's fully equipped! Access to the metro is very close (line 5 to 7 minutes). You can also reach Paris by bike by following the canal (20-minute ride on a beautiful bike path)
