It features a large private terrace with views over the canal and the rooftops of Pantin, nicknamed the “New Brooklyn”. Just next to Paris, it is close to all amenities, shops, and public transport, as well as Parc de la Villette. Hoche station (Metro line 5), Pantin RER – Mairie, and Tram T3 are 500m away.

The metro (Pantin church) is 3 minutes away on foot, the canal is one street away and the Parc de la Villette is 2 metro stations away.
