Ideal apartment to relax, work, enjoy the surroundings and/or visit Paris. The bedrooms are pleasant and the view from the balcony is calming (Eiffel tower). You will be 15 mn away from the RER B that takes you to Paris center or Charles de Gaulle airport. The tramway T1 - down my building - takes you to the metro 7 and 13. Facilities for sports events or concerts are near the apartment (Saint-Denis Basilica, Stade de France ...). You can use a private, secured, underground parking spot.

A small, private terrace is surrounded by lush greenery and trees. The space includes a natural, rustic feel with a bamboo fence in the background. A bicycle is visible, and sunlight filters through the branches, providing a serene environment.

Welcome to my apartment, a former hotel room in a beautiful 1930s listed building recognized as a Remarkable Monument, on the 5th floor with an elevator. It features a large private terrace with views over the canal and the rooftops of Pantin, nicknamed the “New Brooklyn”. Just next to Paris, it is close to all amenities, shops, and public transport, as well as Parc de la Villette. Hoche station (Metro line 5), Pantin RER – Mairie, and Tram T3 are 500m away.

A cozy bedroom features a gold-framed bed with a light pink bedspread and white pillows. Shelving units are lined with books, while colorful artwork adorns the walls, adding visual interest. A bedside table holds decorative items, contributing to a well-organized and functional space.

Sweet & cosy appartement

Small tastefully decorated and functional apartment, 37m2, 1 parent bedroom, 1 child bedroom, bathroom with bathtub. It has a good parental mattress and gas for cooking. Be careful, there is no television! The kitchen worktop is not yet completed but all the equipment is available (dishwasher, washing machine and gas stove). The metro (Pantin church) is 3 minutes away on foot, the canal is one street away and the Parc de la Villette is 2 metro stations away.

contemporary apt with terrace

Notre appartement est unique, avec une décoration pointue et une vue imprenable sur tout Paris depuis la terrasse donnant notamment directement sur le Sacré-Coeur. Le grand salon et la salle à manger tout en baie vitrée sont plein sud et hyper lumineux toute la journée. Tous les meubles et les matériaux ont été réfléchis pour en faire un espace extremement chaleureux et apaisant.

6 th floor with elevator, 2 bedrooms with double bed and a sofa in the living room (5 places), a fireplace and bathroom. Bright and near the Sacré Coeur and the Moulin Rouge my flat is calm, sweet and original, in the heart of an area full of bars and restaurants.
