Here you can have everything at your doorstep and "almost heaven" views. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".

The Creek House has all the countryside and space available to relax and enjoy pastoral settings. Right next to OldUS 33, close to OU campus for activities. The Creek is an original farmhouse built on a working farm, now retired. Farm and forest wildlife call the more than 40 acres home. While you may just enjoy the hiking and scenery the property provides, you are 2 min from Athens and the Ohio University Campus. Spacious free parking for campers, boats, and outdoor gear. Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.
