A historical triplex built in the early 1900’s that has recently been completely renovated to bring the perfect mix of old and new. Every detail has been meticulously thought of, from the organic bedding to the high end furniture and finishes, to the full kitchen. Right down the steps, you are walking distance to a beautiful park, shops, dining, and live theater.

The suite is set among eight acres of woods with a walking trail, an outdoor dining area with a grill and fire pit, a sunbathing area and space for lawn games. It provides all you need for your wellbeing, such as digital detox/fast, forest bathing, earthing, quiet retreats, nature connection, peaceful time and lots of books to read. The suite is next to the main house, with a private bathroom and its own entrance, front yard and small pond. It is isolated from noise and the view of others.

We have a ‘no step’ entry (which can be opened wider then 32 inches). Fully ADA Compliant curb-less shower, bathroom grab bars, uncluttered open living spaces, front control oven, front control/front load washer and dryer, plus the standard amenities (WiFi, Smart TV, full kitchen and much more).

Come enjoy a cozy and quiet stay directly on the Cape Fear River! Take in all the beauty of the backyard no matter the season! Wake up to a fresh cup of coffee and head on down to the river via a private bridge and view the sunrise! Spend the day riding the provided mountain bikes on the Cape Fear River Trail just outside the neighborhood entrance. The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Bragg, and downtown Fayetteville.

Modern and Rustic 3 bed/2 Bath Retreat

A modern rustic home with personal touches in a quiet neighborhood located in Fayetteville. It's great for a walk or run. Approximately 5 minutes to Ft Bragg, 10minutes from Raeford, 25 minutes from I95 and 25 minutes to the airport. The house has three bedrooms all with queen sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for individuals who like to cook. The living room is equipped with a television and a roku. A washer and dryer is available for use in the garage.
