Comfortable room connected to Madrid

Comfortable and quiet house where my husband Allan and I live. In your room there is a closet, desk, heating and wifi. In front of the room there is a bathroom for our guests. The house is surrounded by nature and shops. A privileged and safe area, which belongs to Alcorcón. Connected to downtown Madrid 15 minutes by car. The train arrives at Atocha and metro line 10 arrives at Principe Pio in 20 min, both stations 7 minutes walk from home. Before you leave, try a tea or coffee!

It is not a shared house. Very spacious room with portable desk. Very quiet area, next to the Parque del Universo. Bus and tram stops 2 minutes to Madrid. Night transport (owl) from Madrid Close to supermarket Fast food restaurants in the area, banks and bars. For stays of at least 5 days, you can use the ceramic hob and washing machine. The kitchen has a dining area (last photo) that can be used in any room along with the microwave

Getafe cuenta con hospital.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Very well connected, connected to the different modes of transport: Cercanías C5 (stop: Mostoles Central), MetroSur L12 (stop: Móstoles Central), Buses L1, L4, L5, 519, 520, 521, 523, 525, 526, 527, 498 etc... 5 minutes from Dia, Mercadona and Carrefour supermarkets. It's a room without an elevator.

Bright and quiet room

Very comfortable single bed, quiet, with lots of natural light. It is located 25 minutes from Atocha, 1 hour from Sol, a few minutes away you will find bus stops, within Fuenlabrada and other municipalities. I have pets, a small dog, sometimes a kitten stays. If you plan to study or work, this place is perfect because of its quiet surroundings.

It is a townhouse, to share with the three family members. And other potential guests. We offer a single room, ideal for a student or professional. It has a large desk, shelf, closet, mini-fridge, central heating and air conditioning. Bathroom to share with another guest. The room has an interior latch, it does not have a lock.

Room with double bed, 5 minutes from Renfe station with direct connection to Atocha. 50 meters away shopping center. In front of a 24-hour pharmacy. ATTENTION: DURING THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, ENTRY FROM MONDAY TO THURSDAY WILL BE FROM 7pm (ASK WHY IT CAN BE ADJUSTED) ONWARDS, FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 3PM.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Two minutes' walk to the station, the next stop in 8 minutes is Atocha (railway station), and the next in 3 minutes is Sol (the very heart of Madrid). ATTENTION! AFTER 10:00 PM I DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS. To hand over the apartment keys, I wait until 10pm.
