A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Ideal for a couple, although it also has a comfortable and spacious sofa bed. 1.1 km from Getafe Centro Cercanías Station (RENFE and Metro). Approximately 35 minutes from Puerta del Sol in Madrid (door to door). Bright and quiet. With all amenities. It houses my collection of records and books. I beg you to pamper them, please, they are my life companions.

Very good situation to visit Madrid capital with nearby public transport. It has very easy access by car to visit the rest of the Community of Madrid and neighboring provinces. Ideal for three people. It has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. An additional person could be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.
