Maria Grazie's place is a beautiful depandance immersed in the greenery of the Parma plain. Beautiful spaces, cozy, warm, like being at home. I had a comfortable and quiet night, very comfortable bed! Highly recommended if you want to visit the Parma area or, convenient to everything and close to good restaurants. More than a positive experience!

We stayed for 3 nights, my partner, my newborn daughter and I. The home is very quiet, clean and equipped with everything. Stefania is very friendly and very proactive in responding to our requests. Upon our arrival she made us find homemade sweets and jams and every possible delicacy for breakfast. The kitchen is very well equipped like everything else in the house. A nice variety of books are available for guests. We also took advantage of the fireplace. Unfortunately, there is not much nearby, given the period, but we will definitely come back in the spring with the possibility of also taking some walks. It was really a relaxing vacation!

Our stay was perfect. The accommodations are comfortable and the house is large, very convenient and pleasant. The surrounding towns with their castles and town centres are beautiful and perfect for leisure strolls. And it is close enough to Parma so we spent a lot our time in Parma. Patrizia is a perfect host. She provided everything we needed, and great recommendations as well.

The location of the house offers spectacular views of the hills, the castle, and the Rossena tower. Isolina is very welcoming, makes you feel at home and offers a generous breakfast on the terrace (the best homemade pancakes ever eaten). The house is fresh and clean, the bathroom has a modern double shower and the kitchen offers everything you need (including oil, salt, etc.). We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Very good location, close to the Cathedral and Baptistry. Co-host was there to greet us and let us in. The apartment is spacious. It is on ground floor. Kitchen is small but well equipped. The bathroom is small, the shower area is over the toilet so the bathroom floor is wet most of the time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anna Maria’s beautiful apartment. Well furnished, comfortable, and with so many stunning art pieces and books to look through, we felt like we were staying in a perfectly curated art gallery. Parma was just a stop through location on our trip, but I will happily recommend this gorgeous, quiet location to anyone traveling around the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Getting into the apartment was very straightforward and we were provided with very detailed instructions including videos and photos, which were extremely helpful. The unit was perfect for 2 people.

Giacomo and Michela's place is delicious! I had a great time, great location, convenient to walk to the points of interest in the historic center and also the station. I arrived by car, the area is open to traffic, and there is parking nearby. Everything is taken care of in every detail, from the DVD gallery to be entertained from, to breakfast supplies to decorations to perfume samples! Feels like home. There are clubs nearby, but the place is quiet. Beautiful balcony, quiet and reserved, to look at the stars or have breakfast. Finally, Giacomo is a great host: responsive, communicative, kind, and helpful in providing directions and advice. If I had to go back to Parma, among all the places I stayed, I would come back here!

I stayed at Emanuele’s place during Pontremoli’s medieval festival. It’s a perfect location, quiet but close to the center. Everything you need in a very large kitchen, sitting room and bedroom. It’s on the second floor of an historic building. Emanuele is very nice and responsive. I would stay there again.

Going back to Claudio, even if I move to Piacenza for work, is like going home. clean rooms, excellent location, friendliness. It's a guarantee now! highly recommended!

Laura's Casina is delightful, it seems to be in a fairy tale. Everything works perfectly, well heated, connected TV, huge bathroom with great shower products. Everything is tasteful, so fresh and well thought out. Breakfast in the garden house is a real treat. An unexpected retreat in the fog of the lower Po Valley. To be marked and returned to.
