Le Parc 79 - Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of two houses set in 6 acres of private land. We can accommodate up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests exclusive and flexible use of the many public and private areas - perfect for multi generational family use. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Guests have the use of our 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and the parkland.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Maison de charme au calme située à 20 min de Poitiers et du Futuroscope. Logement entier indépendant avec cour privée sécurisée permettant de stationner vos véhicules. 2 chambres indépendantes pour 4 personnes avec 2 salles de bain. Grand séjour avec poêle à bois, petit salon indépendant avec cheminée. Grande cuisine toute équipée. A l'extérieur: 2 terrasses avec pergolas, salon de jardin, plancha, piscine hors sol, transats. JACUZZI dans un espace dédié (en option avec supplément)

Loft cosy en ville

Dans un écrin de verdure nous proposons un loft calme, chaleureux, autonome, à quelques pas du centre-ville, à proximité immédiate des commerces et 20' à pied de la gare SNCF. Nous avons conservé l'authenticité du lieu et mettons à disposition une prestation complète (linges, ménage, boissons chaudes, parking privé pour vos vélos ou motos seulement, bois de chauffage...). Sur 40M² nous accueillons en toute autonomie de 1 à 4 personnes (un lit 160, un canapé lit 130).

Gite au fil des saisons

Situé dans une grange rénovée au cœur de notre exploitation caprine. Niché dans un cadre calme et paisible à la campagne, ce lieu est idéal pour des moments de détente en famille ou entre amis. Notre gîte a été soigneusement aménagé pour offrir tout le confort nécessaire à votre séjour. Avec des espaces spacieux et lumineux, il peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 12 personnes. Chaque instant passé ici est une invitation à la déconnexion et à la convivialité.

River View Cottage

River View Cottage is directly on the River in The Loire Valley...close to all the Vineyards and Famous Chateaux's, where you may enjoy using our Paddle Boards and Kayak to explore or have a massage to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. There is excellent fishing from our private dock ! Small, friendly dogs under 5kg Only !! are welcome, as we have a very small Yorkshire Terrier who will want to play and be best friends with your dog...

Le Lavoir @ La Charpenterie

New to the market for 2024, an historic, refurbished self-catering gîte for two in rural France, with the original laundry features intact. It offers a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and a private patio. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. If you need anything, just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Le Coin Cache Quiet, rural cottage

Disconnect at our charming quiet cottage. Puy du Fou (45 min), Futuroscope (1 hour) Pescalis (20 min), Marais Poitevin (1 hour) and La Rochelle (1hr30), Parthenay for FLIP festival (20 mins) golfing in nearby Bressuire (15min) along with many other sights within the golden triangle of the region, an ideal base to come and relax after a days adventures. Please note that the price is for the unit, it is NOT per person.

Bienvenu au Petit Logis ! Profitez de cet écrin confortable et intimiste au centre de la Châtaigneraie et à 30 minutes du Puy du Fou. L'entrée est privative et le jardin indépendant. Notre logement se situe à 1H30 du Futuroscope, 1H 15 de La Rochelle et des plages, et 20 min du Marais Poitevin. Un lieu de halte idéal pour sillonner la région !
