Ein Stück des gemeinsamen Gartens kann mit genutzt werde. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 50m entfernt. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in ca 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt bzw. in 20 Minuten am Starnberger See.
