Traveling from the USA and making my way through the beautiful Côte du Sud, I decided to stop for a night at Karen’s place on my way north to Bordeaux, and wow, what a magical decision that was! The place is exactly as described, only better. It’s charming, peaceful, and surrounded by the kind of nature that makes you consider quitting your job and becoming a poet. Karen herself is a delight , equal parts chef, gardener, and hospitality wizard. She grows her own spices in the garden and somehow turns them into a dinner so good it should be illegal in at least three countries. She's incredibly detail-oriented, charismatic, and patient, like the kind of host who’d gently talk you through how to use a French coffee maker while you’re still jetlagged and mildly afraid of buttons. I only stayed one night, but I left feeling like I’d stayed with a friend. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay at Marion's. The listing is the same as the description and photos. I did not see Marion but all her explanations by message + by phone were very clear and detailed. This place has much more for the trip in the past that it has inspired us. Although of very good quality, we imagined that the bed was that of a grandmother, and that this place was borrowed from stories and history. A little suspended moment, which allowed us to rest well and rethink all our elders who had fun in this type of place that remained intact.... We loved it. Thank you Marion.

We had a great weekend at Leatitia. The accommodation is very very well equipped, we did not lack anything . Laetitia is a very friendly, accommodating and responsive host, we'll be happy to come back to her place. Recommended!

Marie and Michel are adorable and very welcoming, the cottage is very clean and pretty, and the woods with the lake below are simply beautiful. A big thank you for this great stay ☺️
