A private parking place is located directly outside the main doors. Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses de Quercy, in the south west of France, our little treasure is well placed for discovering all the beautiful sites of the Lot. Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

Located in the heart of the historic center of Sarlat on the famous Rue Montaigne, in a house dating from the Middle Ages, renovated in 2020 to maximize its heritage (stone, parquet floors), the 64 m2 apartment offers a terrace and exceptional views of the Saint-Sacerdos Cathedral and the Jardins des Enfeux. Completely renovated in early 2022, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideally located just minutes from the historic center and shops in a quiet and green environment. The cottage is on our property, but is completely separate from our house.
