A 10 minutos en coche de las mejores playas de Denia, 15 de las calas de Jávea y 5 minutos del centro comercial. Dispone de porche tranquilo y lejos de la piscina para evitar por ruidos. Para tranquilidad, evite ir a una urbanización masificada con vecinos arriba y abajo. Al ser una urbanización muy tranquila, solo acogemos familias o parejas mayores de 30 años.

Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell.
