It has parking for two vehicles, a wood and gas barbecue, a gas grill, a basketball hoop, a ping-pong table, and a trampoline. The environment is a special protection area, very close to the reservoir.

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!
