Nice and cosy place clone to the Center and airport. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. Also the host was really friendly. The balcony is huge.

We had a nice, quiet and relaxed time. There is a lot of seating and tables inside and outside. Beautiful private yard, with fantastic ocean view. The accommodation offers a lot of space and the kitchen is well equipped except for a neat chef's knife and a large pan. Plenty of dishes and cutlery for large families and a dishwasher available. Adapter for Schuko plug partially available. It could have been a little cleaner, but it was tidy and the living space was very homely and decorated. Beaches can be reached in a few minutes' walk or you can also enter the water directly at the house via the stones. There is the possibility of kite and windsurfing right nearby. In early October, the water temperature was still very good for swimming. Some restaurants are within walking distance (about 15 minutes). Many shopping opportunities can be reached by car within minutes. Good, friendly and fast communication from the hosts - thank you!

We were very satisfied with this beautiful place right on the sea. Everything necessary is available in the kitchen and works, as does the air conditioning! Above all, we were delighted with Antonello's hospitality, in the morning you will be pampered with a fresh croissant and on request you can get a coffee. However, vacationers should know that there is no proper door to the toilet, only a sliding door that cannot be closed completely. However, that didn't bother us. A supermarket is within easy walking distance, so you can easily take care of yourself. For €25, by the way, we were taken from the airport to the accommodation! We enjoyed it very much :)

Giuseppe's villa is a great find in Reggio Calabria, Italy. Giuseppe's kind gestures in sharing complementary beverages and breakfast treats only reinforce the pride in his Italian culture. An English to Italian translator is most helpful. You will need transportation, if you truly want to see southern Italy. Villa Franca is so welcoming we hope to return again.
