We offer a self-contained, single-storey gîte of approximately 90 m², providing a high level of comfort, complete with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur valley. The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

Your studio at the Manoir de Tallard

10 minutes from Gap/Tallard airfield, in the medieval village of Tallard, not far from the legendary Route Napoléon, is our bright and functional studio on the 2nd floor of a large house from the 1930s, completely renovated with large private garden at your disposal, car, motorcycle and bike parking, possibility of bike rental. A great place for sports, air, mountain, lakes and rivers are nearby. The studio is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen with oven, microwave etc. Sheets and towels are provided. You are welcome!!

You will appreciate this large house, 150 meters squared, for its beautiful views and comfort. The villa is perfect for families and kids. The villa is 2.5 km from the city center of Gap and in located in a calm and picturesque environment. It is located not far from the hiking areas of Charance and Ceuze.

Halfway between Gap and Tallard, come and discover this small chalet in absolute calm. The window overlooks a field with a forest. An equipped kitchenette, with the necessary items included for breakfast (eggs from our chickens), will allow you to prepare meals to enjoy on your porch or on our beautiful terrace a little further away offering magnificent views of the entire valley. Hiking trails pass 150 meters away. Special welcome for bikers and board games!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Apartment - "Le Cabanon"

At the foot of the cliff of Ceüze, surrounded by nature with an exceptional view, we offer our 44m2 T2 in an old stone house adjoining our residence. Access is via a forest road of 300 m. You can unload your suitcases near the apartment by parking in front of the house. Please note that the path is not cleared of snow and access in the event of a snowfall is on foot. The slope is significant at times (nearly 25%).

Studio with mezzanine, Le Petit Fare Rochois

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is minimalist (20 m²) but very cozy and functional. It is ideal for a couple or family with a child. Ideally located, you will be a two-minute walk from all the shops in the village (grocery store, butcher shop, bakeries, pharmacy, doctor's office, pizza trucks, restaurant, etc.). Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and cleaning are included in the price.

Opening in June 2020 Cottage with independent access on the 1st floor of our house. Everything you need for your stay and all the comforts to feel at home. Bedroom with queen size bed, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and TV with Netflix, reversible air conditioning, bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, private entrance, access to shared heated pool in season, parking.
