My beautiful house is spacious and has a dining area for 12 people both inside and outside. Large bedrooms with space for extra mattresses / cots. Good hotel beds. Two full bathrooms, one shower and two WC rooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms except in the annex. Wifi / TV package is installed. Large laundry room, outdoor kitchen, storage room. Major upgrade around the pool, outdoor shower. The pool is open from May until November. Rented out on weekly basis. preferably check in Saturday

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Only 5 min walk from the village (bakery, pharmacy, grocery, bar/restaurant) and 5 min drive from the lake and Canal du Midi. Carcassonne and Narbonne are 30 minutes away, Minerva 15 minutes away.

The appartement Theron is a peaceful nest of tranquility from which to explore the surrounding Minervois wine region, it is located in the wine making village of Pepieux. Conveniently located halfway between Narbonne and it’s Mediterranean costal beaches and the Magical Castle in La Cité at Carcassone. The apartment is located at the back of our family home with a private access. The private terrace overlooks the surrounding vineyards.

This peaceful place that has practically everything you need, offers you a relaxing stay for the whole family. There are many tourist sites in the surrounding area, for example, Minerve, Carcassonne, Narbonne and many more. For lovers of swimming and picnic lakes are close by and the sea is about 45 minutes away. The village has all the necessary shops. For the months of July and August, there are no rentals of less than 3 days.
