Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

This peaceful and Champetre accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the heart of the perch. It is perfect for 1 to 2 couples with children. Dogs are welcome, the garden is enclosed. 2.5 hours from the center of Paris via the N12 (no toll) it is perfect for a country weekend to enjoy everything the perch has to offer. Une Maison dans le Perche is a haven of peace in the heart of the Parc Naturel du Perche, 1h50 from Paris. An authentic 18th-century farmhouse that combines great comfort with country charm, thanks to a high standard renovation. No neighbor, only nature and a great experience of French countrylife in Normandy. In its large wild garden surrounded by pastures cows and horses graze. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

Charlotte's house for 6 people

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

A car will collect you from PARIS MONTPARNASSE at 1:15 pm. We are 10 minutes from COURVILLE-SUR-EURE train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Gîte in the heart of the Perche

In a small quiet hamlet on the heights of Rémalard (all shops) and along a hiking circuit, this all-inclusive cottage is ideal for getting green! Single-storey Percheron farmhouse: living room with fitted kitchen, lounge (wood-burning stove, double sofa bed (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm – sheets provided) on the garden level with access to a wooden terrace, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bath), WC.

Our house, located in the heart of Perche, is of typical Percheron architecture and dates from the end of the 19th century. Recently renovated, it is very bright and full of charm with its stone walls and exposed beams. Located in the center of the village, we still enjoy an unobstructed view of an orchard. Very tall, it is organized on 3 levels and has a small garden with swimming pool and barbecue as well as an inner courtyard.
