We had a great stay at Catarinas home, we stayed for a few weeks over the summer in between travel and it was the perfect downtime spot. The home and area was very peaceful, and quiet. Shops were about a 10 minute drive, and there was a rec centre nearby which was nice to go swimming at. We stayed for the month of august which was very hot but the home remained cool inside. Thank you for everything!

We’ve not stayed at a better location, highly recommended. Located just a few minutes walk from a world-class beach. A secure location within a complex that allows you to reside with others in the community, while at the same time having privacy. Every convenience and necessity is made available. The kitchen facilities are modern and very complete, all that you may need during an extended visit is provided. Manta Rota is a delightful village, we made many new friends. The hosts, Lucy and Carlos, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They involved themselves personally to be sure we were comfortable and fully satisfied. They made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. They have a flair for decoration and delight in creating a chic and upscale ambiance. The cleanliness, quality and decor is first rate. Facilities are modern & in top condition. Description and photos are completely accurate. Heating systems were excellent. We booked to return, which confirms our recommendation.

Review: A relaxing stay with a sea view and a lot of warmth We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The decor is cozy and invites you to relax directly. The quiet location and the beautiful sea view make the place perfect for a relaxing time out. 🌊 I would like to highlight the property management, which also acts as a gardener at the same time. An incredibly kind and accommodating person, always made us feel welcome and took care of everything. Our children also felt very comfortable, which made the holiday even more beautiful. 😊 A small downside: The direct path to the beach is unfortunately blocked by the adjacent 5-star complex, so you are on foot a little longer. However, the beach can be reached quickly and easily in just 3 minutes by car. Conveniently, we also found the parking spaces directly on the grounds, which saved us a lot of stress. Overall

Teresa’s little house is extremely well located… right in the historical area of medieval Mértola . Extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. The bathroom is part of the bedroom and has no door. We will definitely come back again ! Lena & Rémy
