It has a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, a private balcony with a hammock, closed parking, and TV with Sky. In the yard, there are 2 female dogs, but they can remain tied up. Buses pass by the door and it is very close to Perequê Beach. I'll be waiting for you.

The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, next to Perequê, which is the commercial center of Ilhabela. You will be in the center of the city, with easy access to the two beach regions from here (the North, and the South). The Wi-Fi works perfectly, also for Home Office. The kitchen is complete with a microwave, appliances and all utensils. The room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have Wi-Fi, parking, washing machine, balcony, barbecue, shower and ocean view. There are good restaurants, pizzeria, bars, market, winery, bakery and pharmacy nearby.
